The challenge
Dispatch had no real-time view of where jobs and drivers stood — status updates came in over calls and messages, and delays were often discovered after the fact rather than as they happened.
The approach
We built a live dashboard surfacing job status, driver location context, and delay flags in one view, built directly around how the dispatch team actually monitors a shift — not a generic analytics template.
The result
The team moved from reactive check-ins to proactive monitoring, catching delays earlier and cutting the back-and-forth needed just to answer "where is this job right now?"
